PHILADELPHIA (INTELLIHUB) — Black Lives Matter supporters took to the streets in rage Saturday in response to the police killing of George Floyd on Monday.
The downtown district of the city looked more like a scene out of the hit Hollywood film Black Hawk Down then anything else.
Protesters flipped over police cars and set them on fire as others vandalized virtually everything in sight.

The mayor’s statue was set on fire and pulled down.
Beautiful thing! In my old hood of Philly, they burned and are pulling down the statue of racist mayor Frank Rizzo. My friends and I had several run ins with cops under him! Good riddance! #phillyprotest pic.twitter.com/Um990LiSTl
